One of the best Holiday Inn Express locations we have ever been to, staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure to remember our names. Breakfast never felt cheap which is a hit and a miss with Holiday Inns, the breakfasts are all the same at the locations but the bacon can look cheap this one always had good lookin bacon! This location is right next to the heart of downtown and has great access to everything you could need within a short distance. Tim at the front counter was always professional and kind, he made sure we did not feel like just another guest. It was really cool that a guest came in to check-in and he addressed her by her name and that is the overall feel you get from this place.

The door to the bedroom from the sitting area would be better if it wasnÂ¿t clear. The clear doors are pretty but they didnÂ¿t provide privacy.

If you want a clean and simple place to rest your head don’t overlook this place. We were only here for one night, but it was quiet and comfortable. It’s not fancy and there are few ‘extras’ that you might expect from a more expensive hotel, but clean and comfortable was good for us. There isn’t a bar area, so we wandered to a hotel close by that has a cool rooftop bar. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection of cereal, pastries and some hot food too.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-cleaned. Everything works just as expected and staff seem happy to help if there were any problems. The lobby and the rest of the place look nice and clean too. They have a pool with a Jacuzzi next to it and a comfortable breakfast area. The breakfast selection is really diverse and everything tastes good. Overall I was really positively surprised with this location.

The beds, pillows and room were clean & comfortable with many amenities. The hot and cold breakfast was good. There is a heated pool, spa and small workout gym. Hotel location is great, with Old Town being minutes away. Price moderate, plenty of parking and dog friendly.
